Files to download and print out if needed
Want to book us for your Wedding? After you have spoken with us, and confirmed we are available for your date, please download the "Customer Contact Sheet" and the "Wedding Contract" .pdf files below, fill out and mail those two along with your $100 deposit, and your date will be held. Please make a note when mailing them to us, the package & prices we have agreed on. The "Wedding Info. Sheet" is also needed, but doesn't have to be filled out immediately. Fill it out completely when you have all the information available, and mail that in atleast 30 days prior to your wedding date. (Wedding date cannot be held without Contract & Deposit, no exceptions). After the deposit & paperwork have been received, I will mail your invoice to you.

WeddingContract.pdf - Printable contract for you to download, read and sign, and then mail back to us.
Wedding Info. Sheet.pdf - Printable wedding information sheet that is included in your wedding package. This is required to have mailed in atleast 30 days prior to your wedding.
